3.1 Contact information

When you sign up for a user account with us you will have to provide us with active phone number. We used your registered phone number to verify your identity and communicate with you. Also your email address was used to. This will enable us to more effectively be able to communicate directly with you.

3.2 Age information

When you signup we may need to verify your age to meet our age criteria for using the app. Currently it is minimum 18years old. Verification through photo and ID will help us verify your age. Data collected once approved will be deleted permanently from our system.

3.3 GPS Location Data

We collect GPS location from your mobile phone or the vehicle at the beginning and in the end of the trip. This information is necessary to provide you with our service.

4.Customer Care

4.1 When you used our partner vehicle, we process information about your rides for the purpose of providing you with information about the trips you have made and to enhance our customer experience of service.

4.2An overview of your history is made available for you for at least 3 years under you user account.  The legal basis for this purpose is to provide good customer care for the benefit of our future customers.

5.Provide Customer Service

We may use all personal data we have collected about you during our delivery of the service to you to the extent it is necessary to respond to queries or complaints. If needed we will need you to identify yourself for verification purposes.

5.1 We will use website data in order to respond to inquiries and complaints. Without processing said personal data we may not be able to assist you when you contact us.

 6.Detect Misuse of the Service

This information enable us to detect, investigate and prevent or take action regarding illegal activities.

We will delete your user account for inactivity for 3 years and all personal data will be deleted permanently.
