Papi app is a technology company owned and operated by Papi Technologies

To create an account user should be at least 18years old.

Downloading and using the app, you are bound by terms and conditions.

When ordering a service, the apps will connect you with the third party based on your location. Turning the location on will provide the accurate pickup up point for our third-party partner.

Once the third party accepted the order, the app will provide you the live location status through the app.

All transportation, logistic and financial service are provided by the third party not by us. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions immediately stop using the service.

User should provide accurate information regarding the complete pickup address and destination.

User (passenger and parcel) is prohibited from carrying/transporting   illegal and dangerous items such as drugs, guns and hazardous materials in accordance with applicable laws of the country.

If the driver, drives the vehicle in a way to endanger others please report to us immediately.

User should respect our driver-partner at all time; any wrongdoing of the driver-partner please send us an email.  

The driver has the right to cancel if the number of passengers exceed the carrying capacity of two wheeled or 4 wheeled vehicle. 

User should not used any automated web script and robots to hinder the operation of the service.

User should not send any spam messages, virus, worms or any dangerous codes to stop our service.

User/third party partners should not engage in unlawful conduct that could possibly damage our reputation.

Rate and Fees:

Our application is free to download however we charge fees on using our services in the application. We may adjust the rate depending on the market situation and applicable laws.

You may pay the service in cash or Gcash to our third-party provider.

Collection, storing and processing of information are protected by Data Privacy Law and can only be used for app service. We do not share any private information or data with any organization. However, Papi app might share information required by the government if there is any pending case or investigation that involve our third party or user.

Your account can only be used by you and cannot be transferred to other person for any reason.

Notify us in case you suspect other person using your account.

You agree to use the service and not to abuse or use the application for other fraudulent purpose such as fake booking or other actions that may or might deemed to cause inconvenience and losses to another person.

Papi app has the right to legal remedy just in case user/third party have abuse the use of application.

You understand that all risks arising from the use of application service are entirely your responsibility. You are hereby agree to release us from any claims regarding damages or other forms of disruption caused by unauthorized access by other parties.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Application and Services, including names, logo, program codes, designs, trademark, technologies, database, business processes and models are protected by copyright.

We grant the access to download and use the app for the purpose of using the service.

If you experience system failure, account has been hacked, account misused by others immediately report to us.

We cannot guarantee accuracy of the app at all times due to internet connectivity and server downtime.

COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES

To submit complaints, you may need to provide sufficient information including facts and evidence you might obtain to support your claim.

We might refuse to respond any report if the complaints that does not match our personal information stored in our system.

We facilitate the discretion to conduct forum with you and our third-party provider for the purpose of reaching amicable settlement. If settlement wasn’t reach user/third party can file legal action.

If we know or have sufficient reasons to suspect that you have committed immoral acts, violations, and crimes we have the right to take further action including civil or criminal procedure.

Driver Partner/third party  

Driver must carry the license and vehicle registration at all times.

You, your vehicle and passenger must have a valid insurance as required by law.

Do not use falsified documents just to signup for the app.

It is the responsibility of the driver to submit the updated documents if already expire or about to expire.

Violence at any form is not permitted in the platform.

Assault, verbal and sexual harassment between user and driver, rape, murder, kidnapping, threats, and intimidation are strictly punishable by law.

You are strictly prohibited contacting passenger at the end of the trip for personal reason and gain. Do not stalk the passenger after the completed ride.

Do not drink, drive or consume illegal drugs while you are on the platform.

Do not comment on the appearance of your customer, vulgar or inappropriate gesture are also not permitted.

Do not violate traffic rules and regulations.

Maintain speed limit.

Do not keep any prohibited weapons such as guns, pepper spray or knives.

Strictly no possession of illegal drugs.

Using the platform to execute illegal activities such as transporting illegal items and goods.

Maintain your vehicle clean and in good condition at all times.

Only vehicle registered in the platform can be used.

Keep the privacy of the user at all time do not copy any data including name. mobile number and address unauthorized collection of data is prohibited.

Do not take photo or video revealing the identity of the passenger/customer without consent. This offense is punishable by law.

Do not discriminate anyone based on their race or religion.

Do not cancel booking without justifiable reason.

Give user reasonable waiting time and do not overcharge the customer above the app price.

Do not make any unnecessary detour always inform the user.

Always practice courtesy at all times.

Confirm the identity of the user before starting the ride/delivery.

Ensure the delivery for food items are in proper thermal bag.

Do not make an off platform booking with user.

Take photo of proof of delivery, do not include the identity of the person receiving the item.

In case of emergency call relevant authorities. Report to the platform within 48 hours any road accident.
